EMCU I

EMCU I emergency lighting control units with integrated batteries enable the conversion of standard mains luminaires for emergency operation.

The LC control units are designed in accordance with EN 60598‑2‑22, EN 61347‑2‑7 and EN 61347‑2‑13. In mains operation, the LED module is powered by the existing LED driver, while in emergency operation it is supplied by the EMCU I unit with its integrated battery. When combined with an optional strain relief, the EMCU I units can also be used as standalone remote emergency lighting boxes.
